PRIMI (MIDDLE COURSE)

SPAGHETTI CON LE COZZE E POMODORINI

Spaghetti with fresh mussels,tomatoes and a touch of

garlic, sauteed in olive oil


SECONDI (MAIN COURSES)

ORATA AL CARTOCCIO

Fillet of seabream cooked in a parcel with extravirgin olive oil,

parsley, garlic, anchovies, green  olives, capers, served with

boiled potatoes and vegetables

Fillets of beef in a sauce of tomato pelati, oregano, garlic,
